Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients give us a door code or leave a key. Your specialist will text when they arrive and send photos when they’re finished.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — professional-grade tools, microfiber, HEPA vacuums and plant-based products are always included. If you prefer a specific product, just leave it out and we’ll happily use it.
Can I book just one task, like the refrigerator?
Absolutely. Single-task visits (fridge, oven, windows, floors or organizing) have a $95 minimum. They’re a great way to try us out.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no cost. If it’s still not right, we’ll refund that portion of your visit.
Are you safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Our standard products are non-toxic, fragrance-free and biodegradable. Just let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when you book.
How do rescheduling and cancellations work?
Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations incur a $40 fee, which goes directly to your specialist for the reserved time.
